Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL. As a key member of our Interventional Cardiology/EP Lab team, you will provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities.
  • Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants to positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experience.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver transformative patient experiences and expert care close to home.
Requirements
  • Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) in the State of IL required.
  • Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required.
  • Completion of Masters level program in specialty area.
  • BLS/CPR certification required.
  • Prior APN/ experience preferred.
