Your Role: As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will:
- Deliver services in accordance with state regulations and the established care plan, collaborating with the healthcare team.
- Assess patients' functional abilities through diagnostic evaluations and assist in formulating therapy plans.
- Facilitate effective communication for patients, tailoring your approach to their specific needs.
- Monitor and document patient responses to treatment, reporting any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech therapy techniques and practices.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure in Speech Therapy as mandated by state regulations.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, along with access to reliable transportation.
