Estimated SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is $115,000-$135,000, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be working in our Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), supporting a Level 1 Trauma Center. You will be key to patient experience post-surgery, ensuring continuous assessment, safety, comfort, continuity of care, and post-surgical education.
- You will work alongside other departments to ensure continuity of care.
- You will provide post-surgical education to patients, creating and maintaining a sterile and safe surgical environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program
- Minimum 2 years recent ICU, Critical Care, or PACU experience
- California RN state license
- BLS Certification
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire or transfer into job
- PALS certification within 6 months of hire or transfer into job.
