Our client is a distinguished Commercial General Contractor with a robust history in the industry. With a wealth of experience and a diverse portfolio, they specialize in various commercial projects, including retail establishments, service stations, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise all site personnel, including subordinate managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring consistent monitoring of progress.
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the job site.
  • Manage workforce and subcontractors to guarantee high-quality work and timely service delivery.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, design teams, and project managers.
  • Coordinate with local regulatory inspectors and utility representatives to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Enforce safety protocols and manage quality assurance processes.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed short-term project schedules.
  • Oversee the invoicing process and manage project financials effectively.
  • Address and resolve daily operational challenges on-site.
  • Compile daily reports detailing manpower and significant activities.
Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction sector as a Site Manager.
  • Proven experience in commercial construction is essential.
  • Familiarity with structural elements such as concrete, framing, and steel.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints is required.
  • Experience in Class A office spaces, medical facilities, and banking interior renovations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred knowledge in Construction Management or a related discipline.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive base salary in the range of $90,000 - $100,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
