Overview: At Steve & Kate's, we put radical trust in kids so that they learn to trust themselves. Our approach empowers children to make decisions and build self-confidence.

Job Description: As a Youth Program Coordinator, you'll work with our youngest campers (ages 4-5) who are free to take on camp with self-direction. You'll implement and manage the structure of the camp day, manage a team of support staff, and ensure all baseline needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement daily program activities tailored to meet the needs of your group.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and smooth operation of programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with campers, parents, and staff members.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 months' experience working with children aged 4-5.
  • First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1 of Camp.
