Position Overview:
Compensation: $15 / Hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7am-3:30pm
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp to Hire

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily inspections on machinery and materials.
  • Ensure correct loading of materials onto machines to maximize efficiency based on production logs.
  • Adjust machinery settings including temperature, gauges, and cutting tools as necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with quality standards and adhere to ISO/IATF 16949 processes and procedures.
  • Complete additional related tasks as required.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or production is preferred.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, and reach as needed.
