Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Storm Damage Inspector to join our team at Briggs Family Home Development. As a key member of our Exterior Remodeling team, you will be responsible for inspecting residential and commercial properties for storm-related damages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify damage and assess restoration needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance companies
  • Collect and document evidence of damage, including photos and measurements
  • Input data into CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless claim processing

Requirements:

  • Ability to climb ladders and access commercial and residential buildings
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
