Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Experience: Recent acute care hospital experience within the past 5 years, with specific experience in Circulate General, Ortho, Urology, OB/GYN, ENT, and Robotics. Strong orthopedic experience and charge RN experience required.

License: Oregon RN license (willingness to obtain if not currently active)

Certifications:

  • ACLS (AHA)
  • BLS (AHA)

Must-Have:

  • Acute care hospital experience
  • Circulate General, Ortho, Urology, OB/GYN, ENT, and Robotics experience
  • Strong Ortho experience
  • Charge RN experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Apply the nursing process to the care of patients within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
  • Teach patients and significant others about care plans and health maintenance.
  • Document patient care in the medical record accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate overall patient care.
  • Potential on-call and weekend schedules to be determined by the facility.
