Perth Home Care Support Worker

**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Aged & Disability Support Worker to join our team in Perth Northern Suburbs. As a key member of our close-knit team, you will provide holistic care focused on improving the quality of life for our clients.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Community Aged Care and/or Disability Care and thrive on working with individuals who require support. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality client care, promoting independence, and empowering people to live fulfilling lives.
In this role, you will work autonomously and as part of a team to provide comprehensive care services, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management. Your excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
**Key Requirements**
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care, or Disability Services
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
- Current Working With Children Card
- Manual handling certificate
- Relevant immunisations for working in WA health
**Salary**: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
