- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences, values, and needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, medications, and treatment plans.
- Current MA RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certification
- Previous ED experience
- BSN preferred
