As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for connecting with future residents, identifying their needs, and securing lease agreements. Responsibilities

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Generating interest in our community by highlighting its unique features and benefits
• Communicating effectively with potential residents throughout the leasing process
• Serving as a resource for residents to express concerns and find solutions
• Building lasting relationships to retain and acquire new residents
• Performing administrative tasks with attention to detail
• Coordinating community events and activities

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
• A valid driver's license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• The ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
