Rural Transportation Coordinator Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Rural Transportation Coordinator. As a key member of our public transit team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our rural transportation services.

About the Role: The Rural Transportation Coordinator will assist in the coordination of transportation services, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer service. You will work closely with drivers, dispatchers, and other team members to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in scheduling and dispatching transportation services.
  • Provide excellent customer service to riders and respond to their concerns.
  • Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure smooth service delivery.


Requirements:
  • Diploma or certificate in a related field (e.g., transportation, customer service, or business).
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
