We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technician to join our team at Bridgestone Retail Operations. As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, while also mentoring and leading a team of technicians to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair drivability and electrical systems, as well as hydraulic, exhaust, primary and advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
- Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
- Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
- Assist fellow technicians in performing technical activities.
- A valid automobile driver's license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
- A minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience, completion of Vocational-Technical School program in a related field or demonstrated skills via third party certificates/assessment.
- A.S.E. certification in at least 3 (three) of A1-A8.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
- Reading, writing, and math skills.
