Job Overview

Flexographic Print Operator - 8 Hour Shifts

Available Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
Compensation: Starting at $20-$24/hr based on experience and interview performance

Additional Compensation:
Receive an extra $2/hr for 2nd shift and $3/hr for 3rd shift.

Position Type: Direct hire with comprehensive benefits package.

Essential Skills
  • Ability to execute precise adjustments and settings on equipment, along with performing routine maintenance.
  • Competence in conducting minor repairs and routine upkeep of machinery.
  • Experience with inline scoring and perforating techniques.
  • Proficiency in PMS ink mixing and matching tools.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in flexographic printing.
  • Familiarity with in-line finishing, die cutting, inserters, imagers, color, and register.
  • Understanding of flexographic printing processes, materials, specifications, and machinery.
  • Knowledge of optimal packing pressure requirements.
