Key Responsibilities:

The e-Discovery Project Coordinator will support a team of Project Managers in the execution of litigation support initiatives, ensuring that each project meets quality and timeline expectations. The role involves building rapport with clients, understanding their technical requirements, and providing guidance on best practices when necessary. The Coordinator will proactively identify potential challenges and address them as they arise. This is an entry-level project management position with opportunities for advancement to Project Manager.

  • Assist Project Managers in addressing client inquiries
  • Oversee the execution of litigation support initiatives
  • Manage the complete project lifecycle in accordance with client specifications
  • Monitor delivery timelines, ensuring quality assurance, and adapt to changes in project scope
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to allocate resources effectively based on client priorities and deadlines
  • Act as a liaison between production teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to explore potential solutions and determine the best course of action
  • Ensure that projects are completed in alignment with client and industry standards, meeting all specifications and deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution; degrees in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Mathematics are preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Access, is required
  • Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as necessary
  • Availability via phone or email when not in the office as required
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and high multitasking capabilities
  • Familiarity with SQL and/or Visual Basic is advantageous
