Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Childcare Lead/Associate Teacher to lead our childcare team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning activities that promote cognitive, language, social, and emotional development in children aged 3-5 and 2-3.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a nurturing environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and social interaction among young learners.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs and effective communication with parents and guardians.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Child Development Associate (CDA) or related degree (AA, BA, MA) is preferred.
  • Prior experience in child care or early childhood education, especially with children ages 2-5, is highly preferred but not required.

Estimated Salary: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
