About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Manager to join our team at Lockheed Martin. As a key member of our Cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day information system security operations, including hardware and software implementations for our DarkStar Enterprise Wide Area Network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the ISSM in overseeing day-to-day information system security operations, including hardware and software implementations for the DarkStar Enterprise Wide Area Network.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact to help support enterprise architecture and complex classified IT environments.
  • Support enterprise efforts using project management skills to track schedules, identify critical chains, impact to schedules, and resource needs.
  • Take initiative to identify and execute opportunities for the growth of the organization.
  • Carry out technical administration of IS in accordance with internal LM and customer security requirements under the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Ensure compliance with contract security specifications, customer governing requirements, and LM Space security policies.
  • Test state-of-the-art operating systems/networks, perform system/program auditing to validate configuration and processes are in accordance with the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation, and assist in regulatory periodic risk assessments.
Requirements
  • Final Secret clearance required to start.
  • Project management and organization skills.
  • Knowledgeable of operating system security requirements.
  • Have and maintain a DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with large geographically dispersed networks.
  • Experience with modern team and project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Demonstrated technical experience for Windows, Networking, and UNIX-based operating systems.
  • In-depth experience in system hardening, analysis, and vulnerability management.
  • Experience with the Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency (DCSA) and their implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools such as the STIGs, STIG Viewer, SCC Tool, and Splunk.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Security, Information Technology, or other relevant discipline and 9 years of relevant work experience or a Master's Degree and 7 years of experience.
