Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

This role will lead the fitness team, drive sales of personal training and group classes, and deliver an exceptional fitness experience for members. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, sales, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of personal trainers.
  • Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to increase revenue from personal training and group classes.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive fitness program that meets the needs of diverse membership.
  • Ensure seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required; Certified Personal Trainer certification preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a personal trainer, preferably with management experience.
  • Proven sales and leadership skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
