Banquet Server Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Banquet Server to join our team at ClubCorp. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our members and guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to members and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service and efficient execution of events.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including daily features and specials.
  • Accurately execute member and guest orders, ensuring timely and attentive service.
  • Ensure that rooms are set up correctly, bussed consistently, and cleaned continually.
  • Assist fellow employees, members, and guests as needed to ensure delivery of exceptional service.
  • Notify management of member and guest complaints, and practice good service recovery techniques.

Requirements:

  • Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by State and City.
  • Excellent communication skills and articulate speech.
  • Ability to communicate and follow instructions.
  • Comfortable working in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments.
