Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and experienced Millwrights for a 4-month project in Rochester, NY. The primary responsibility will be the installation of a bottling line, including setting up equipment, installing conveyors, and operating forklifts. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, align, and set up bottling line equipment.
- Install and configure conveyor systems as part of the bottling line.
- Operate forklifts to move and position heavy machinery and equipment.
- Ensure all installations meet safety and operational standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the installation process.
- Work closely with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Millwright, particularly in setting up bottling lines or similar industrial equipment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools required for millwright tasks.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and effectively.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work 50-60 hours per week, including weekends if necessary.
