Master Pastry Artisan

At Perkins & Marie Callender's, LLC, we are seeking a skilled Master Pastry Artisan to join our culinary team. This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing and baking a wide variety of pastry products, including pies, muffins, cookies, quiche, meatloaf, and ribs. Key responsibilities include:

• Regulating oven temperatures and ensuring food safety standards are met.
• Preparing ingredients using measuring cups and spoons, as well as electric mixers.
• Operating various kitchen utensils and equipment to prepare meats and baked goods according to recipe specifications.
