Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Upsell and promote premium viewing experiences, such as 3D and IMAX, to enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage concession sales, including operating the concession stand, preparing and cleaning equipment, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Assist with crowd control, directing guests to their auditoriums, and enforcing MPAA rating system guidelines.
  • Perform regular cleaning duties, including cleaning auditoriums, restrooms, and other areas of the theatre.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
