Universal Banker

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at Unity Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our bank's products and services.

• Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to sell and cross-sell bank products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our bank's products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and investment products.
• Branch Operations: Assist with daily branch operations, including cash handling, teller transactions, and branch maintenance.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other branch team members to achieve sales and service goals, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of retail banking experience, with a focus on customer service and sales.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
