We're seeking an experienced Aircraft Painter to join our team at Bell Textron Inc. in Piney Flats, Tennessee. As an Aircraft Painter, you'll be responsible for refinishing helicopters and helicopter parts to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean, sand, mask, and buff aircraft and/or aircraft parts for paint with supervision.
  • Mix, apply, and smooth cosmetic fillers with supervision.
  • Mix and spray aircraft with supervision.
  • Spray primer and paint aircraft interiors and parts (including cowlings).
  • May clear coat aircraft parts (to include cowlings) and aircraft belly with supervision.
  • Maintain inventory of hazardous items.
  • Properly use PPE as required, to include respirator, and PPE for hazardous materials.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2-4 years of experience relevant to job duties, such as demonstrated skill in auto body refinishing.
  • Additional experience may qualify selected candidate for offer at higher level/pay grade.
  • Ability to work assigned schedule (4x10 day shift), and overtime when assigned.
