Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and food quality. Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop team members to achieve exceptional results
  • Conduct daily food quality checks to maintain our high standards
  • Take and fulfill customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Prepare and cook pizzas to our exacting standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Manage shifts and team members to ensure seamless operations
  • Distribute breaks and ensure team members are well-rested
  • Count and manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
Requirements:
  • Proven management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Age 18 or older
  • Pass a background check
