Job Summary:

Coworx Staffing Services is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Toolmaker to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive benefits package and a four-day workweek (Monday - Thursday) First shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program and operate CNC machines using Mastercam
  • Read and interpret G-code
  • Work on Haas and Okuma machines
  • Grind carbides and work with sinker and wire EDM (a plus but not required)
  • Perform lathe operations, with a focus on CNC lathe work

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Mastercam programming
  • Strong ability to read and work with G-code
  • Experience with CNC lathes is required
  • Grinding carbides, sinker, and wire EDM experience is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and grow; we are looking for someone who is a "sponge" and willing to be trained
  • A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Must be able to thrive in a lean, non-job-shop environment
