Culinary Artist

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Noodle Line Specialists. This role requires experience in cooking and plating all noodle line items. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent culinary skills, with a focus on steaming and wok preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook noodle line items to meet high standards of quality and presentation.
• Steam dumplings to perfection, ensuring optimal flavor and texture.
• Support the dumpling team in preparing, assembling, and closing dumplings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:

• Prior line cook experience is mandatory.
• Wok experience is required for this position.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
