Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct maintenance on manufacturing machinery utilized in extrusion and blow molding processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Implement and enhance troubleshooting and preventative maintenance strategies.
  • Assist in changeovers, ensuring effective and accurate execution.
  • Perform repairs and rebuilds on spare components.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures.
  • Mentor junior technicians to help them develop their skills.
  • Enhance your knowledge through formal training and hands-on experiences, including new equipment installations and modifications.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Maintenance Technician with extrusion or blow molding equipment.
  • Expert-level knowledge of equipment such as Husky, Sidel, Krones, or similar.
  • Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • A commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
  • A desire to contribute to a high-performing team.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet, with or without reasonable accommodation.
