Job Title: Per Diem Nurse - ICU

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Per Diem Nurse to join our team at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit.

Job Summary:

The Per Diem Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Current State Nursing License
  • Minimum 1-year acute care experience in a hospital setting
  • Appropriate certifications for the specific position
