Key Responsibilities
  • Set-up and Closing Duties: Complete all set-up and closing duties in a timely fashion according to the Banquet Event Order.
  • Guest Service: Serve all guests according to established standards of quality, ensuring a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations and priorities.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Must speak, understand, and communicate in English.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat, and grasp.
  • Experience: Prior experience in banquet serving or group food handling is preferred.
  • Personality: Personable customer service attitude, organizational ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and a professional, well-groomed appearance.
