Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

2) Exhibits proficient technical and procedural nursing skills, including assessments, medication administration, and pain management techniques.
Maintains a safe and supportive environment for patient care.
3) Identifies potential safety hazards and ensures a secure environment, including clear pathways and functional equipment.
4) Adheres to patient safety initiatives and actively contributes to mentoring colleagues in safety practices.
