Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented GSRP Assistant to provide lunch and break support services to our students. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of our children during meal and break times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide lunch and break support services to students, including food service activities and maintaining food service inventory.
  • Assist in promoting and supervising the emotional, social, intellectual, and physical development of each child.
  • Interact with children and parents in a positive, caring, and concerned manner.
  • Independently handle the responsibilities of a group of children, maintaining a safe environment during group activities.
  • Participate in all learning and playground activities, including walking distances and assisting with toileting and/or diapering.
  • Maintain confidentiality for all school-related information and follow all childcare license rules and regulations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (willing to train within 90 days of employment).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
