About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Cafe Supervisor to lead our team and ensure exceptional customer experiences. As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and provide guidance to team members.

Responsibilities include establishing effective communication among team members, assisting with scheduling and coverage, and enforcing safe work practices. You will also be responsible for proactively solving customer problems and satisfying customers in various situations.

To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in coffeeshop/café management, knowledge of operating espresso machines and commercial coffee brewers, and excellent communication and customer service skills. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, 401K, and discounted meals.
