Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data to identify expected outcomes for patients
  • Develop and prioritize the plan of care to attain measurable goals
  • Implement interventions and evaluate results, particularly for critical care patients
  • Identify educational needs and implement learning plans for patients and families
  • Deliver medications based on continuous assessment and patient response
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or currently enrolled in a BSN program
  • Current RN license in Texas and/or compact license
  • 1 year of current Labor and Delivery experience
  • Current BCLS certification
  • Current ACLS and NRP certifications
  • AWHONN Fetal Monitoring course within 90 days of hire date
