Our facility is equipped with advanced technology including state-of-the-art Haas CNC machines, IPG Laser systems, and Amada Punch/Brake equipment, all housed in a climate-controlled finishing shop featuring the latest tools.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a driven individual eager to engage in a comprehensive design and production workflow, from initial concept and prototyping to full-scale manufacturing.
Available Positions: CNC Machinist, Sheet Metal Fabricator, Operations Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in one or more relevant areas.
- Familiarity with HAAS mills/lathe, Amada punch/brake, Mastercam, Solidworks, and precision manufacturing techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset towards responsibilities.
- Dedication to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Willingness to learn and adapt across various production disciplines is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage ranging from $20 to $35, based on experience.
