Main Responsibilities:
  1. Initiate medical history and physical assessment, draw blood, and collect specimens for lab analysis.
  2. Provide telephone triage and initiate follow-up calls, referring disposition to supervisor and documenting results in the medical record.
  3. Develop and implement educational programs for patients and families, providing informational materials as needed.
  4. Contribute to staff education and supervision, including preceptorship.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Essential Skills:
  • High school diploma plus specialized training.
  • Minimum of one year nursing experience.
  • LPNTN license required. BCLS certified.
Compensation Package:$55,000 - $65,000 per year.
