Concession Cook

Levy is a leading provider of food, beverage, and retail services to entertainment, sports, and restaurant venues across the country. We are seeking a skilled Concession Cook to join our team.

The Concession Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions. This includes serving meals or preparing for delivery, using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, and ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.

• Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, using correct portioning and meeting outlined standards.
• Ensure food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Clean kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Store or discard excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.
• Assist in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Report needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Attend in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
• Perform job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
