Job Overview

This role requires a highly skilled Contracts Manager responsible for administering contracts and leading other administrators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and own all aspects of prime contracts and subcontracts with Customers including Prime contractors, the U.S. Government, and International Customers.
  • Prepare and present responses to Customers' requests for information, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate and execute NDAs, terms and conditions, pricing, schedules, quality requirements, modification requests, import/export requirements, settlement disputes, and all legal/contractual requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional position.
  • MBA or master's degree preferred.
  • Certifications such as CFCM, CPCM, or CCCM through NCMA highly valued.
  • Background in law or legal documentation an asset.
  • 5-10 years of experience with a government contractor or agency.
  • Direct experience in government contracting; aerospace or DoD business a plus.
  • Knowledge of FARS, DFARS & ITAR/Export Regulations essential.
