We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Tenet-AZ Region in Glendale, Arizona.

Job Summary

This Radiology Technologist position involves performing radiographic procedures to patients in accordance with departmental policy. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Perform radiographic procedures to patients in accordance with departmental policy
  • Provide a variety of technical exams that require independent judgment to apply ionized radiation for radiologic diagnoses
  • Responsible for on-call procedures when indicated
  • Must be able to do surgery cases and pain management
Requirements
  • Minimum education: Completion of JRCERT approved formal program in Radiologic Technology
  • Preferred experience: Minimum six-(6) months clinical experience
  • Required certifications/licensure: Current American Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and Certified Radiology Tech (CRT), CPR
  • Special skills: Good verbal communication skills necessary to understand oral and written instructions stated in radiological and medical terms and to exchange information with patients and staff
