We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Technical Expert to join our team at Constellation Energy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to our maintenance and technical staff.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver performance-based maintenance or technical training programs to meet the needs of our user community.
- Prepare and conduct trainee examinations and evaluations in classroom, laboratory, OJT, and simulator environments.
- Participate in station support activities, including outage support, root cause support, and line assessment support.
- Maintain current training programs and incorporate information gained from industry reports and regulatory updates.
- Supervise the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports.
- Participate in audits and prepare responses to audit findings.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of previous technical or craft nuclear experience, or 5+ years of related industry experience.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- AS/AA in science or engineering.
- 5+ years of nuclear power plant technical experience in the applicable discipline instruction, or 10+ years of related industry experience in the applicable discipline instruction.
- 5+ years of nuclear training experience.
