About the Opportunity

UCHealth is seeking a skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care Clinic in Littleton, CO. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a talented group of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle modifications.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Colorado.
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics).
  • Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe medications.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
