Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled commercial truck driver to join our team as a Material Transporter at La Rosa Landscape Company Inc.

Estimated Salary Range:

$24 to $32 per hour, with potential for overtime and bonuses based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily transportation of materials to and from job site locations, including plants, brick, block, soil, stone, and landscape supplies.
  • Nurturing positive relationships with suppliers and providing exceptional customer service as needed.
  • Reviewing operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Coordinating with the Expediter to schedule material pick-ups from vendors and material drop-offs to job sites.
  • Oversight of material waste and proper disposal processes.
  • Care and organization of company tools, vehicles, equipment, and machinery.
  • Loading and preparing materials for the next day's operations.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Valid WI CDL Driver's License (or willingness to obtain) and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to load and unload equipment such as skid steers, wheel loaders, tractors, and implements.
  • Snow plowing experience is a plus.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Bilingual preferred, not required.
