**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled RN Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Mercy Hospital Southeast. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care to our patients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
* Ensure units are appropriately staffed to provide patient care and manage staffing issues in collaboration with the Staffing Office
* Challenge current processes and enable others to promote change by providing support, mentorship, and guidance to direct patient care providers
* Encourage and recognize the contributions of nursing staff through public and private recognition and servant leadership
* Hold direct and indirect care providers accountable for their professional responsibilities and adherence to policy and regulatory guidelines

**Requirements:**

* 3-5 years of hospital experience
* Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
* One or more of the certifications below may be required based on the position/unit hired to, or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe: ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, BLS, Six Assessment &Care Modules, C-EFM
