Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently with minimal supervision, providing regular updates on progress and potential risks.
- Perform detailed data coverage and attribute gap analysis on capital market data, including equity derivatives, and design an asset/liability forecast view of these products.
- Support proposals with factual information derived from detailed data analysis.
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge of front-to-back booking flows for equities and optimal functional architecture concepts.
- Build effective working relationships with other technology and business teams to advance the analysis and delivery.
- Translate business requirements into easily understandable functional and technical requirement documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum of undergraduate degree coupled with at least 10 years overall experience in a Business Analysis or Development role.
- Capital Markets, Treasury, or Finance experience.
- Excellent data exploration/analysis skills using SQL, MS Excel, and/or similar tools.
- Stakeholder engagement and management experience with large-scale projects.
- Experience working within the IT and financial services industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry qualifications such as CFA, FRM, etc.
- Experience with equity derivatives products.
- Understanding of ALM-Asset Liability Management.
- Experience in the money market and secured financing trading functions.
- Master's degree in computer science, finance, or a related field.
