Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Operating Room Surgical Technologist to join our team at Banner Health. As a CVOR Tech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures, working closely with surgeons and nurses to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons with advanced tasks during surgical procedures, including cardiopulmonary bypass/heart-lung machine use, cardiac assistive devices, and vascular access and interventions.
Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and make minor adjustments or call biomedical equipment staff.
Participate in stocking, replenishing supplies, and cleaning operating rooms.
Participate in or lead the training and orientation of surgical technology staff and students, as assigned.
May provide business support to the department, including administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Must be registered with the State Regulatory Agency.
Must stay abreast of new developments in the field.
Must commit to 1 year with Banner Health.
