Internship DetailsOnboarding and Training: You will participate in a comprehensive onboarding process, introducing you to curtainwall façade design concepts, cross-departmental collaboration, and company operations.
Engineering Focus: You will explore five key areas of Engineering at Enclos: design, fabrication, structural analysis, project management, and vendor coordination.
Progressive Learning: You will delve into each area through weekly segments, gaining knowledge of concepts, processes, and software. As you advance, you will apply your skills to real-world project work.
Industry Exposure: You will have the opportunity to participate in project, department, and specialist team meetings, gaining valuable industry insights.
Personalized Experience: Toward the end of the internship, you will focus on areas that align with your interests and strengths.
Skills Development: The program offers training in various CAD programs, hands-on project experience, and a deep understanding of façade design.
Future Opportunities: Successful interns may be offered part-time work while completing their degree or a full-time position upon graduation.
QualificationsEducation: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited program in Architectural Drafting, Mechanical Drafting, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering.
Technical Skills: Ability to read architectural or mechanical drawings and blueprints. Proficiency in a CAD program is required, with a preference for Inventor, Revit, AutoCAD, or Rhino.
Work ArrangementsWork Hours: The internship requires a minimum of 30 hours per week, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Duration: This is a twelve-week program with the potential to transition into a permanent full-time position with competitive pay after graduation.
BenefitsInternship Status: This position does not include benefits, holiday pay, or Flexible Time Off (FTO). Full benefits will become available upon transitioning to permanent status.
