Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Occupational Therapist in evaluating patients' conditions and requirements.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions in accordance with established treatment plans.
  • Monitor and document patients' progress and their responses to therapies.
  • Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and daily activities.

Work Environment:

Setting: Outpatient Occupational Therapy Assistant

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time opportunities considered

Compensation: $32 - $40/hr based on experience

Qualifications:

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Occupational Therapist licensure in good standing in California.
  • Preferred minimum of 3 months of experience; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
