Additional Requirements
Experience: 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail environment preferred. Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet.
Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Mobility to navigate the sales floor and stockroom to provide exceptional customer service. Capable of reaching above/bending to obtain products from various heights and climbing ladders/stairs for visual merchandising and housekeeping duties. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to five pounds and occasionally lift and carry products/cartons up to fifty pounds for processing shipments.
Schedule: Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.
