Key Responsibilities- Provide routine daily nursing services to assigned residents, ensuring their dignity and respect are maintained at all times.
- Deliver meals and assist with feeding, as well as provide hydration and other essential care.
- Make regular rounds to ensure residents receive proper care and service, and respond promptly to their needs.
- Turn or adjust patients in bed to prevent bedsores and other discomfort, and monitor vital signs and patient behavior.
- Assist residents with showers or baths, and provide proper skin care, reporting any observations of skin breakdown or pressure areas.
- Possess reliable transportation and be punctual for assigned shifts, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
