LifeBridge Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Levindale Hospital. As a LPN-ACUTE Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients in the High Intensity Care Unit (HICU).
About the Role:
The LPN-ACUTE Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
- Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field; Less than one year experience; Graduate of accredited school of nursing (diploma).
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills; Synquest; IV Pump; Phillips Monitoring System; Accucheck; EKG Machine, Specialty Bed Operation.
